>> I'm Brian Tong for CNET.com and here's an iPhone quick tip not featuring Tom Merritt for once. Now have you ever run into a situation where you needed to use accent marks in someone's name or a word, and just didn't know how to do it. Well, let's just say I'm looking for someone in the office, and today, I want to practice my authentic Spanish skills on an iPhone. So I'm gonna text my producer Ariel [assumed spelling], and the message that I have is "Donde esta mi nino, Tom Merritt?" Well there's accent marks and a tilde over a couple of letters in that phrase, so how do we do it? So I'm gonna start typing the message and I'm gonna hit the "D" and when I get to the letter "o," I'm gonna hold down on that for an extra second. So just slide your finger to the correct one. Release it. And there you go; the accent mark is added. So I'm gonna keep on finishing the rest of this line. And don't forget the same thing for the tilde over the "N." So here we go. I'm gonna hold down on the "N" again. All right. So there you go. Muy bien. I'm Brian Tong for CNET.com dropping the knowledge with your quick tip for the day.
