I'm Nicole Lee, senior associate editor for CNET.com and this is a first look at the Plantronics M100 Bluetooth headset.
It is one of the thinnest headsets that Plantronics makes.
As you can see, it's very nice and slim.
It's made to be very discrete when worn.
On the front here is the multifunction call button.
On the side here is a power toggle.
On the other side, you do get a single volume button which also acts as the mute button.
On the top here is the charger jack.
On the back here is a gel airtip.
It comes with a variety of gel airtips for different sized ears.
At the bottom here is an LED indicator.
The M100 also comes with an optional earhook.
One of the interesting features of the M100 is that when you pair with an iPhone, you will see the headset battery meter next to the iPhone's battery meter.
This only works with the iPhone for now.
Other features of the M100 include wind noise reduction,
dual microphone noise cancellation as well as multipoint technology which lets it connect up to two devices at once.
The headset also has voice announcement that lets you know the status of the talk time, the battery life, as well the Bluetooth connection.
The Plantronics M100 is available for $79.95 retail.
