Hi, I'm Ty Pendlebury from CNET.com, and I'm here with the B5 soundbar speaker from Philips.
This is an 899 soundbar, which is an update to the HDL7180 from last year.
Has some great new features.
It still has the detachable speakers but now each separate speaker becomes its own blue tooth speaker and you can take it anywhere in the house with you.
Ostensibly what they're for though is surround.
They set the calibration in motion and it will calibrate itself to your living room space.
So each one of these speakers is battery powered.
Doesn't need to be plugged into the power.
If you charge it for four hours, you'll get about eight hours use.
So either as a surround speaker, or as the bluetooth speaker.
It also comes with a wireless subwoofer as well.
It's go HDMI switching.
As well as bluetooth with NFC, which it didn't have last year.
And, it's coming out in Spring of 2015.
Look out for it on Cnet.com.
This has been Todd [UNKNOWN] for Cnet.
