Today Oculus introduced a stand-alone VR headset called the Oculus Quest, it will arrive next spring for $400.
While it's a stand-alone device, it adds full room tracking and PC- like motion controls, but without the need for an actual PC.
The Quest has 64GB of onboard storage, and will play 50 games at launch.

Amazon will test out a new store concept called 4-Star, a physical store in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City, that includes products rated four stars and above.
It'll contain products from all departments, including consumer electronics, kitchen, toys, and more.
