New Predator gaming line from Acer includes a curved G-Sync display
I'm Dan Ackerman, and we're here taking a very early, eyes-on look at Acer's newly announced Predator line of gaming products.
The first big thing is a big, massive desktop system for gaming.
Acer said it's gonna have the latest The CPUs and GPU.
There's also a new Predator gaming laptop, much bigger than the nitro laptop they initially had.
You can clearly sit the latest in video cards like 980M in here, although we don't have the exact details yet.
We have even fewer details about a new Predator gaming tablet.
They basically just have a mockup that they've held up.
It's not even powered on.
Not sure if it's gonna run Windows or Android.
Either way, you could get a good gaming The experience out of it.
One product that was working here, however, is the new Predator gaming monitor.
Now this is a 34 inch monitor, it's a curved monitor, 3440, by 1440 resolution.
What's key about it is that it's a NVIDIA G-SYNC monitor.
I think it's the first curved G-SYNC monitor and that's a technology.
That lets your video card talk to your monitor, and you never get any of that screen tearing.
I've tried it on other systems and it's actually really impressive.
I'm Ben Ackerman, here at Anchor's new predator gaming line up.
