I'm Dan Ackerman, and we're looking at Lenovo's new IdeaPad line of consumer laptops.
They've got a full gambit now, starting with just the regular IdeaPads.
Be this sort of entry-level laptop, start at $399 and up.
And they're gonna use Intel's new six generation Skylight processors.
And you can get them in the kind of 100, 300 and 500 ranges.
Those sort of indicate construction quality, going from plastic to metal, and obviously getting processors and more advanced components.
A little bit up from that is the idea pad S line, these are S for slimmer, a little thinner, you know lighter laptops and again you can go like one hundred, three hundred, five hundred, again you get like processes, touch or not touch, these are going to be about five hundred dollars and up, but part of the S line is actually a couple of lower cost options that is very interesting This is the IdeaPad S100.
It's a very inexpensive, full Windows 10 laptop.
It should be $199.
And then, there's the 100S Chromebook right here.
That's gonna be $179.
And, they have the same low-end Intel processors.
But, you're seeing a lot of systems, Windows and Chrome, for under $200 these days.
And, that's always pretty good.
