>> Welcome to CNET Top 5 where each time we meet we count down another delectable CNET list, I'm Tom Merritt. Once a month we dive in to the traffic logs and find out which products are garnering the most attentions from you. These aren't our picks, they're yours. And with a couple of new products on the scene, we got a whole new list this time folks. Let's count down the top 5 most popular products. At number 5, the Dell Inspiron Mini 9. It's Dell's entry into the emerging NetBook category and as wise man Dan Ackerman, CNET laptop reviewer said, "It's time to take these low-cost, low-power PC seriously." You certainly are. Coming in at number 4, it's the RIM BlackBerry Storm. Your fascination with phones isn't changing, but which phones you're fascinated with is. And let me just tell you right now, no iPhone is in the Top 5 this time. This touchscreen BlackBerry beauty isn't even out yet and you all are ogling it in greater and greater numbers. Up to number 3: the Apple MacBook. I said no iPhone, not no Apple. Specifically, you're in to the Core 2 Duo 2.4-gigahertz model. A lack of FireWire port apparently has not diminished your interest. Sliding in at number 2, the LG Dare, Verizon's touchscreen darling has been dominating the top spot on our list for quite a while. And while its brethren the Instinct and the iPhone have fallen away, its' keeping its hold on number 2, but who has snagged number 1. Before we reveal that, let's look at the 6 through 10 spots on our most popular list. Almost looks like last month's Top 5 -- ouch, volatility. Alright, let's get to our number 1, the most popular product among CNET viewers. At number 1, it's the Google phone, more commonly known as the T-Mobile G1. It may be clunky, it may look a little like a test model, but it's the long-sought Google phone and it has captured your hearts, minds and more appros to this countdown your clicks and it is but the first of many Google Android-based phones. What do you think this list is gonna look like next year? Well that's it for this edition of CNET Top 5. You make this list happen by viewing out reviews. So, why not go do a little viewing right now at CNET.com. That's it for this edition of CNET Top5, I'm Tom Merritt. See you ext time.
