LG's Tone Studio delivers surround sound on your neck
Tv & Audio
Other wish you could blast around sound on the go?
But basically what LG Tone Studio does.
It's a wearable personal speaker that gives you a movie theater quality audio around your neck.
The neck band itself is slightly bigger than the LG tone line but still pretty lite.
It has four directional speakers, two on top and two on the bottom.
This includes its own base for that rich immersive sound perfect for movies and gaming.
And even in this roomful of journalists, it felt more like I was sitting on my couch because it does such a good job at cancelling ambient noise.
And of course other people will be able to hear what you're listening to, but there's these optional ear buds, which are wired in as well.
The Tone Studio lasts about three hours on max volume on one charge or four to five mid-volume.
And they charge via traditional USB.
They'll begin shipping in February and will be in stores by March.
For around $250.
