>> I'm Nicole Lee, Associate Editor for CNET.com. And this is a first look at the LG Lotus Elite. It is a brand new messaging phone from LG, as well as Sprint. And as you can see here, there's a square messaging design here, very sort of curve and sleek design. On the front here is a 2.4-inch external touchscreen display. And yes, you can actually use your fingers so sort of swipe and tap through the different functions of this phone. You can view your e-mails, your texts, your voicemails, as well as your pictures, just by using this touchscreen interface right here. On the back here is a 2.0 megapixel camera on the hinge. On the side here, you do get the typical volume rocker, [inaudible] jack and so forth. On the other side, you do get the micro SD card slot, as well as the camera key. When you open it up, you get a very nice, again, 2.4-inch [inaudible] display is very colorful, as you can see here. I use Sprint's one-click user interface so you can just very easily go through different functions of the phone, just by scrolling through the center carousel. You can go through applications like Facebook and Twitter and Google Search just by going through the one-click interface right here. [Inaudible] you do you get a very nice navigation interface, as well as dedicated keys for your social networks, texting, e-mail. And there is also a full QWERTY keyboard for easy texting. The 2.0 megapixel camera swivels to the front here, so you can very easily take self-portraits as well. So overall, a very full-featured phone. It has a music player, it has 3G with EVDO Rev 0, so it's a very fast phone, as well. So overall, it's a pretty good [inaudible] phone from LG and Sprint. It will be available starting in January of this year for around $100 after a two-year service agreement. I am Nicole Lee. This has been a first look at the LG Lotus Elite.
