Jeff Bezos announces climate pledge

Was something else is happening to, which is that predictions made by climate scientists just five years ago are turning out to be wrong. Those predictions were bad, but what's actually happening is dire. Today we are announcing [BLANK_AUDIO] The climate pledge. The climate pledge is to meet the goals of the paris agreement 10 years early. Amazon becomes the first synetory to the climate pledge. Where are we today? Today we're at 40% renewable energy. We've done that by building 15 utility skill, solar and wind farms. We've put rooftop installations on fulfillment centers and sortation centers around the world. We're Where are we going? Well on renewable energy by 2024 we're committing to be at 80 percent renewable energy and by 2030 we're committing to be at 100 percent renewable energy.
