>> Eric Franklin: Hey guys it's Eric Franklin from CNET.com and we're gonna check out the HPLP3065 today. This is a 30 inch monitor and now this monitor has been out for awhile but lately I've been getting lots of requests to review it and I've never reviewed it and it's been awhile since I've reviewed and 30 inch monitor so I had HP send it over and it came in yesterday. So just quickly I'm gonna go over a couple of the unique features of this monitor. Like I said it is 30 inches and that gives it a 2560x1600 resolution. It has an SIPS which enplanes switching panel which means it's gonna have pretty good view and angles, at least I expect it to. Right here on the side as you can see its 4 USB downstream ports right on the left side and let's see the screen height is adjustable. It has a pretty wide foot stand here so you may not have to worry about it toppling over; it is pretty heavy so it stays pretty stable. Also it has a carrying like place for your hand to carry it here, it's kind of weird seeing how it's a 30 inch monitor it's pretty big but you know maybe it does help. I haven't tried it yet. I've just been carting it around on this cart over here. See that labs anyways. Let's see what else? Oh yeah it has a kind of you know most monitors have you know 1 DVI port or DVI port and some other kind of video ports but this one actually has 3 DVI ports. As you can see here it has no other video ports, no VGA, no HDMI but just these 3 DVI. So if you're in if you're gonna need HDMI or VGA then you're out of luck and it also has 1 more USB upstream port here, or just 1 not 1 more but there you go. Anyway, look for a review pretty soon, yeah over a couple of weeks, over the next couple of weeks you'll see a review. That's what I mean to say, yes. Anyway thanks for your time. Bye.
