Here is how you can control Google maps hands-free.
You'll need an android device and the Google maps app.
Now, in Google maps setting, tap to 'navigation settings,' then 'ok google detection.' Make sure the 'while driving' toggle is turned on.
Once you are in navigation mode just start a command by saying okay Google, then, find gas station.

You can change directions completely, with navigate to Fisherman's Wharf.

Add a sound track to your ride, by saying, okay, Google, play some driving music.
