How to move movies and music to an iPhone without Airdrop

The problem, getting a video file from here to here.
What about Air Drop?
Now that's fine for certain file types.
But you're gonna need a Mac for that.
This is a Windows machine.
What about iTunes?
iTunes wants to delete everything on my library to sync with this machine, and that's just not gonna happen.
We're out of luck then.>>No wait a second.
Check out the VLC app for IOS.
Now download it from the app store if you haven't already.
Then launch the VLC app, then click that traffic cone on the top left.
You're going to see an option that says sharing via WiFi, and you're going to see two http addresses.
Now all you got to do is go to any computer on the same network that has a web browser So take that address from VLC and actually just put it in the browser.
So 192.168.1.139, right there.
Cool.
Now you can drag and drop video files without converting them to VLC on your iPhone.
No way.
Yeah, really.
Oh, and you can even download videos and music From your iPhone if you're in the VLC app, it works both ways.
Well that's insane.
