Fresh 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' footage and poster revealed
More details are emerging about the Star Wars spin off film Rogue One.
It's the story of a plucky group of rebel heroes that try to steal the plans for the Death Star
Attendees at the annual Star Wars celebration got the first look at a new trailer, after stars of the films like Felicity Jones spoke on a panel with director Garris Edwards.
But no cameras were allowed, so while we wait, Lucasfilm released behind-the-scenes footage to keep us busy.
Expect new locations like the planet of Scarif, fresh characters, the Death Star and more.
We also have a glimpse of the new poster showing the paradise planet.
Reporters inside the panel said the new trailer opened.
To the child being chase by an Imperial Shuttle and lots of footage of Storm Troopers and Rebellion Soldiers.
Darth Vader also makes an appearance, but you don't actually see him.
Only the famous breathing, voiced by James Earl Jones, is played over the final scenes of the trailer.
Rogue One hasn't been without teething difficulties, having gone through five weeks of reshoots.
It looks as though everything's going to plan though, and the film's on track for release on the 16th of December this year.
