Whether you're brand new to Macco S or you're a pro, there are so many shortcuts and finder that can help you organize your files quickly and easily. Let's start with launching quick look, first, click the file you want to view, then press the space bar. This will show you a preview or a quick look of [00:00:30] your file, photo or document without having to open it. If it is a document you can scroll through to make sure it's the one you're looking for, or if it's a video you can scrub through it by sliding two fingers to the left or to the right, using a track pad, or just click through it. If you're using a mouse to close any preview, just press the space bar again, bonus, you can do this with your track pad as well.
Speaker 1: Just force touch over the icon and your preview appears. Here's a shortcut [00:01:00] for renaming files. Select the file you want to view this time, press the return key. This will allow you to rename the file. Love that track pad, just force touch the name of the file, and you'll be able to rename it. Finally, since you're having so much fun and finder, you may want to open another window and there's a quick and easy shortcut for that as well. Just press command and N and a new window appears.
