Take a ride on Eva Air's Hello Kitty planes (video)
If you could hop on board a Hello Kitty plane, would you?
I'm Aloysius Low with CNET and that's the question I found myself asking as my flight back to Singapore from Taipei would be on EVA Air's Hello Kitty themed plane.
Now the service started way back in 2005, was retired in 2009 before resuming in 2011.
They've since added a lot more destinations including one to Houston from Taipei.
As you can see, I'm not a Hello Kitty fan, but plenty of people are, and you know what?
It's not that bad.
Now Sanrio's 40-year-old cat is worth $7 billion a year and has a twin sister.
She's apparently English girl called Kitty White, who lives just outside of London.
And the crazy thing She has a pet cat called Charmmy Kitty.
A cat person with a pet cat.
It's like Batman with a pet bat.
Anyway, if you spring for the business class ticket, you get even more Hello Kitty as my friend Vijay Anaand found out.
There's a Hello Kitty barf bag, toiletries, dishes and even toilet paper.
I'd say go for this if you want the best Hello Kitty experience.
It's been a fun ride and I quite enjoyed my flight.
