Here so what they're doing is they're just they're just going to you know. Crushed the windpipe and it'll only need a -- and slowly strangle you -- How dumbest marketing and there are -- -- Okay so that would even dumber is that they call this network opt -- is it I'll get -- I. Basically the most active 5% and they're region. Verizon is and -- an -- and so it only -- fact the most active 5%. Of the three G data customers that are also using the treaty unlimited plan and that works out to about two gigabytes of data -- or more each month. So what they're gonna do is if there's an area of congestion. They're just gonna -- XP. And -- an average -- congestion clears. And then -- -- in -- but they have. The brilliant then I just like a marketing and that's why things it's not throttling its astronomy is a -- now about 5% it was a slight choking.
