If you've ever wanted to turn any speaker in your house into a wi-fi enabled speaker so you can stream music you're in luck.
This is a product called the Chromecast Audio from Google.
So you stream audio through wi-fi from your favorite cast outlet straight to any speaker that has a three point five Millimeter input.
So the Chromecast audio comes with a standard 3.5mm jack, plugs into the top of the device and the other end goes into your speaker and then your speaker can suddenly stream audio.
Now it has the same adaptive antennae system that the new Chromecast uses.
This means that performance is optimized, regardless of the speed of your Wi-Fi network.
It also supports RCA and optical inputs as well.
Now as I mentioned, it works with all of the music apps that work with a regular chrome cast, and it also comes with Spotify support.
You can set up a guest mode, so friends who don't have access to your WiFi password, can cast to speakers in the same room.
And also a multi room sync so the Samsung can be played on multiple speakers with the Chromecast audio connector, will be a feature available through an over the air update coming later in the year.
So the Chromecast audio is available today in seventeen countries for $35 from the Google Play store and a whole bunch of different retailers.
