>> Hi, I'm Donald Bell, Senior editor for digital audio and MP3 and today we're taking a First Look at the Bexy iMirror iPod Dock and Remote Control. The Bexy iMirror is a solution, about $150 solution that let's you dock your iPod, so that it can charge, it also has a pass-through USB connection to let it sink with your computer and then the main benefit is that it comes with this RF remote control that has a range about 150 feet. It includes a screen on the remote control that lets you see a list of the contents of your iPod, so even if you're in another room, you can see your Playlist, what music, albums, Podcast that you have on your iPod from the remote control. The back of the Bexy iMirror has connections for both RCA audio, also composite video out and S-Video out as well. It also has a dedicated headphone connections, so if you want it to connect your headphones to this. We like that the Bexy iMirror remote control isn't puny, it's got a nice heft to it, it's big, you're not gonna lose this thing between the cushions of your couch. The only complaints we've really have about this system is they're a little pricey compared to the competition, not everyone's gonna like the look, it's not very discrete, it's kind of a bulky base, bulky remote control. Also even though we think that the included screen on the remote control is a nice touch it's still a monochrome screen, it doesn't give you any of like the iPod, an album cover artwork. It really looks like the screen from an iPod mini or a first generation iPod. I'm Donald Bell and that was a First Look at the Bexy iMirror iPod Remote Control and Dock.
