Apple's Siri speaker, Samsung's Bixby still missing

It appears Apple is entering the home assistant device market with a new speaker that will feature support from Siri.
According to Bloomberg company has already entered production and wants to distant itself from Amazon's Echo and Google's Home by offering surround sound functionality and access to exclusive Apple products.
Like the company's music service.
No word yet on how much the smart speaker will cost.
There's still no sign of Bixby, Samsung's digital assistant that was promised to hit the Galaxy S8 by late Spring.
With just three weeks of spring left, the Wall Street Journal is reporting it likely won't see the light of day until late June.
Samsung says the tech is still growing it's user testing in preparation for launch.
And finally, Waze is expanding it's carpool service to include all of California after successful tests from runs in the bay area.
Wazerider won't replace services like Uber and Lift.
But instead incentivize drivers to pick up carpoolers by getting reimbursed for mileage.
