Apple's new smart battery case, Google Maps' new storytelling tools

Apple has released a series of new smart battery cases for the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max just before the holidays.
Much like previous Apple made battery cases they have a hump on the back, connect directly inside, can be wirelessly charged.
They come in black or white and this time promise upto 50% more battery life.
The interesting part is a new dedicated camera button on the side.
For apple it launches the camera app, even when the iPhone is asleep and will quick videos when pressed and held, but at $129 these certainly are expensive.
Google is turning its Google Earth software into a viable story telling platform with new creation tools that will allow for mark up and other annotations.
According to the company, with new creation tools now in Google Earth, you can turn our digital globe into your own story telling canvas.
And finally Apple is touting it's newly expanded Austin Campus The new 3 million square foot Texas facility, which Apple says will initially house 5,000 employees, started construction Wednesday with the expectation to open in 2022.
Apple says, the new facility will also have the capacity for even further expansion down the road.
