Amazon Prime has a new perk to get you to buy more clothing on Amazon.
A new service called Prime Wardrobe is launching to let you try outfits before you buy.
Well, really it just gives Prime subscribers an easy way to return a clothing, shoes and accessories.
Without much hassle, here's how it works.
While browsing if you see an item labeled prime wardrobe.
You can have it shipped to you to try it on.
Amazon gives you one week to decide if you want it and to sends something back, just put it in the box Amazon provides, seal it, slap on the prepaid postage sticker and leave at your doorstep for pick up.
But of course Amazon wants to entice you to keep as much as possible, so it offers deals, like 20% off the purchase if you buy five items or more.
This perk is part of the $100 yearly subscription fee for Prime services.
You can't try it yet.
It is in Beta, but Amazon says there will be more than 1 million items available, and you can sign up to be alerted when the program launches.
Services like this exist already, such as Trunk Club by Nordstrom, and Stitch Fix.
Amazon has been trying to grow it's fashion foothold in many ways recently.
It also just launched an Echo smart speaker.
Are focussed around fashion.
The Eco Look will take photos of your outfits and the app will offer guidance on what looks good and what not to wear.
