>> I'm Kara Tsuboi with CNET News.com and right now I am joined by actor David Caruso and Nils Lahr; they are the co-founders of a new technology company. Thanks for joining me guys. Can you tell us a little bit about the company?
>> David: Well Lexicon is a solution-based company. It will have video distribution, solutions, advanced distribution solutions, it will have original content. It will also have simplification to the Internet itself. The key for us is to take the pain and the time out of the process, but also to take this format and to turn it into something very competitive.
>> Nils: You know in the world of technology there's just so many choices. It's a wonderful thing but it can also be very detrimental. And one of the things we're trying to really encapsulate is how is it we can turn the tables a little bit where you're not using all your effort to go get things. How can we try and bring things to you? And there's some technology that can help with that.
>> Kara: Can you give us a real working example of how someone who logs on to your site or will use your company and the process that goes on?
>> David: Well one of the things that we can talk about is what I referred to before as a competitive level of content. We're gonna be able to do that to a more advanced degree. It's a shame that we can't talk about it yet but I'll make a date with you that we will be able to reveal to you first what we're doing.
>> Kara: We appreciate the time you guys and we look forward to the launch of the company. One last question though. How do you like CES is this your first?
>> David: Yeah it's my first time; it's been great. It's been amazing. Evidenced by our connection with you I'll have to say if you're a representative of CES we're coming back.
>> Kara: Well thank you very much and we'll definitely make an interview part 2.
>> This is David Caruso of Lexicon Digital Communications; CNET that's where it's at.
