Anyone want a phone that does not always need to be charged?
These are the top five phones with the best battery life as compiled by CNet editors Lynn La and Jessica Dalcourt.
At number five is the Xiaomi Mi 5. Fitting.
Now it doesn't have a micro SD card slot or a battery that is removable but it does have a pretty design.
It can handle two sim cards at once.
As per battery life, the MI 5 survived 14 hours before needing a charge At number four the ONEPLUS 3. That's fitting too since 1 plus 3 is 4. Anyway, Lin La called it our perfect mid-priced phone.
And it's a Zenith editor's choice winner.
It's got a great camera and packed a powerful processor.
What about the battery life?
14 hours 17 minutes.
At number 3 is the Huawei Mate 8. 15 hours and 30 minutes, that's how long this 6 inch phone manage to keep going through our battery test.
The Mate 8 which is also fun to say also has the fingerprint reader and takes pretty good photos too.
At number 2 the Samsung galaxy J3, yeah I've never heard of it either, but in our test it lasted.
Fifteen hours and forty minutes.
The J3 is roughly inexpensive.
You can find it online for a little over $100.
The low end phone but it has a micro SD card slot and a replaceable battery.
And that the number one, three phones because they are all part of the same family The Samsung Galaxy S7 series.
Those phones pack the most battery life.
The Galaxy S7 clocked in at sixteen hours.
The S7 Edge, nineteen hours.
The S7 Active, twenty-one hours, they would drop the mic, if the mic wasn't built into them.
