[MUSIC] Organizing a group of people for a big event can be like herding cats. Hundreds of emails go back and forth, there's confusion about roles And if there's a need to collect money, forget it you'll be tracking down that last $20 for the next six months. Well technology is here to help. The website, SignUpGenius lets event coordinators create a custom sign-up page from over 500 templates. Cater the page to your specific group and event. Whether it's a church fund raiser, college outing, or refreshments for your kids Sports team. The basic version is free and lets you manage your event with e-mail and text reminders, collect payments through PayPal, and add custom questions. VolunteerSpot is the name applied and is great for organizing volunteers events like classroom activities, charity work, and youth sporting events. Once you create a sign up page, volunteers can access that page through the web or mobile app. The basic services are free to use. In San Francisco, I'm Paras Sepoy, cnet.com for CBS News. [MUSIC]
