T-Mobile's LG Optimus L9 delivers Android 4.0 at a reasonable price
It's Lynn La from CNET, bringing you guys the LG Optimus L9 from T-Mobile.
The L9 is a mid-level phone with a 4.5-inch qHD display made from Corning Gorilla Glass 2. It's powered by a 1-gigahertz dual-core processor and a 2.15 ampere hour battery which roughly translates to 15 hours of talk time.
The 4G handset runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich that is overlaid with LG's Optimus 3.0 UI,
meaning it also comes with LG's note-taking feature Quick Memo.
On the back, you find a 5-megapixel camera with LED flash.
It's capable of capturing 1080p HD video and you could also take pictures while recording video.
There's also a front-facing VGA camera.
If you're interested, the device will be available starting October 31st for $80 after users send in a mail-in rebate and sign a two-year agreement.
Again, I'm Lynn with the LG Optimus L9.
