Surpassing the middle -- Electrolux out cleans expectationsThis well rounded dishwasher isn't the best at anything, but is pretty good at everything.
[MUSIC] Surprise, surprise, this Electrolux dishwasher holds its own against some pretty stiff competition. I had my doubts. We recently tested a $1100 Frigidaire that was pretty lackluster. And since this $900 Electrolux is from the same parent company, well, let's just say we didn't have high expectations. But test after test, this $900 Electrolux outperformed its more expensive cousin and bested the similarly priced $900 LG in the process. It's a good cleaner for an upper mid-range dishwasher. We found some little pieces Pieces redeposited onto the plates and bowls, but this dishwasher doesn't outright mis any spots at all, and it's filter performed better than that Frigidaire. You'll still want to rinse your dishes, then you'll be pretty happy with the results. This Electrolux even keeps Water spots to a minimum. It has an express cycle and enough fold down tines to allow you to fit bigger dishes when you want. It has these bottle wash jets here that spray directly into deep containers. And I really like how the stem holders work. I wish it had a countdown timer to let you know how long the cycle will take. And I wish the touch controls were a little bit more responsive. But, as a whole this Electrolux has a pretty good feature list for the price and is a good enough cleaner to be well worth your consideration. [SOUND]
