Sprint's new tri-band hot-spot trioThree new 4G LTE-ready hot spots will be coming your way this summer -- and one of them you can take with you overseas.
Hey, everyone. This is Jessica Dolcourt coming to you from CTIA 2013 in Las Vegas. Sprint has just announced a new trio of tri-band hotspots. That means, that you're gonna have much better coverage indoors and outdoors and you've got a greater chance of getting a signal. This one is called the Netgear Zing. It's called a full-LCD touchscreen and it is the first for Sprint with international support. That means if you're leaving the country, say out of business trip or something like that. You can have Sprint provision it to work in another country. There's also a MiFi from Novatel. This is a pretty chunky device but pretty light. This also does LTE. In fact, all three of them do and that's got a little touchscreen as well. Then there is a little Netgear USB plug-in, so people like this because it offers just a little bit more security. All three of these tri-band devices will be available sometime in the summer and there's no pricing yet. I'm Jessica Dolcourt for CNET. You can catch all of our CTIA News at cnet.com
