Snapchat surprised the tech world this weekend when the company, just renamed to Snap Incorporated, debuted its first hardware ever, called Spectacles.
They're a pair of sunglasses that can record ten second bursts of video from the point of view of the wearer.

Available in three colors, the rechargeable glasses will go for $130, though no release date has been set as of yet.
Google's voice-activated assistant called Home is rumored to sell for $130, according to Android Police.
The home device undercuts Amazon's Echo by $80.
The site also reports that Google's October 4th event will also see the debut of the $130 wi-fi smart router and a 4K version of ChromeCast.
