See Apple's Live Photos in action on the iPhone 6S Plus
We've just got a full, brand new iPhone 6S Plus in our hands and we're gonna take a quick look at a new feature called live photos.
As the name suggests, it is a still image that's paired with a couple of seconds of video I decide.
Best thing to do is show you a quick example I took of myself spinning around doing a selfie.
As you can see here, this looks like a still image, but when we press and hold our finger on it, you can see that it comes to life with bits of video recorded by the side of that still frame.
Because it gives you a bit more context about what's going on.
So I can imagine this working really well if you're somewhere.
Say on a busy city street you can see cars going past or if you're at a waterfall, you press your finger, suddenly the water starts flowing.
Great thing about this as well is it's not just an image in the camera, you can set it to your lock screen, let's take a look at one I did a moment ago.
Look at John there looking brilliant and I hold my finger on here and suddenly.
He's every woman's dream.
So there's live photos for you.
We are, of course, going to be taking a look at all the new features of the 6S+, but make sure to stay tuned to see that.
