>> Hi, I'm Natali Del Conte with CNET, and this is your first look at the AT&T Captivate. This is the new line of a Samsung Galaxy S on AT&T. Now, Samsung released a whole line of Galaxy S phones. This particular variety is for AT&T, although as of this filming, we don't have a price and we don't have a release date yet. We only know that AT&T will release it sometime this summer. It's got this really beautiful 4inch AMOLED screen. It's only got an Android 2.1, but AT&T and Samsung both say that Android 2.2 will eventually be able to run on this when that comes out. It doesn't have a frontfacing camera, so you're not going to be doing video chatting with it. But it does take HD video at 720p, so that's kind of a nice thing. And although it's a pretty standard Android phone running all the features that you would expect out of Android, it's got something called Social Hub, which will blend all of your social networks inside of it. It's kind of a cool thing. If you click on your contacts and then you can click on someone's name, and if you are socially networked with that person, you can see all their activity on Facebook or Twitter. Samsung reminds us that these are prototypes, so we're going to get test models in and show you all the bells and whistles of those later on. But for now, we're just going to have to do with taking a look at this nice lovely screen. And it's, again, a really thin phone and very light. This is the AT&T version of the Samsung Galaxy S, and it's called the Samsung Captivate.
