Quite a bit faster than the conventional -- you might be using. It does this because it's -- pressure cooker -- this valve up on top here that locks in the heat locks and moisture actually gets the boiling point of water. -- that makes the steam and it uses your feud super hot and that's what. -- -- -- Now you don't have to pressure -- with this thing you can lead the valve on top vented and not steal it's that when you're using it and that will -- make it into a very large toaster and. But if you're using that pressure cooking function you're going to get really fast performance and that's the main claim -- things we wanted to -- We cooked a full -- pork -- both in a traditional Levin and in the Wolfgang -- pressure Ivan and we found that the pressure haven't worked that way faster. We also tried -- half full size eight pound chicken and the resulting got there were terrific we got juicy meat on the inside -- -- -- on the outside it was even better than we got out of the convection -- And a true torture test though was the full size Turkey that we cut and this was thirteen pounds and change -- is large sized bird it. It almost didn't fit had to squeeze it in the door there as he watches were picking it. Rounds up nicely on the outside and a little bit extra on the top because it's so close to that heating elements cast list in there. The -- -- says look look at eleven pound bird a 5055 minutes that's with thirteen pounds. Took about an hour and ten minutes to get it fully up to temperature but I was still exceptional compared to what it would take a cut in a normal -- If you wanna save time this thing will do it. I do have some qualms at the design. Especially with the pressure about this -- have to be used correctly and it's not quite as idiot proof is out like to see. You look at here it's got the event spot and then it's got these two different seals is actually one large -- position here anything outside event will steal it. But -- a little confusing. There's also the fact that the arrows on this side and in the little handle those on this side I can really see some and make the mistake of using the handle as the aero you put that handle towards that. It's gonna actually be in the -- position. I wish it was a little better designed that would inspire some are confident that you're picking these large cuts -- me. It costs 249. Dollars that's. Not an inexpensive countertop appliance but it's pretty reasonable given the time stating performance that it offers for CNET I'm --
