Now, that's the ticket!Don't miss out on scoring a hot ticket to see your favorite team play this season. In this Tech Minute, CNET's Kara Tsuboi reports on apps and services that can net you a great seat at an even better price.
[MUSIC] There are a lot of useful secondary ticket selling websites and apps on the market. If you're desperately scrounging around for last minute seats, it's always worth checking stubhub, seatgeek, Ticketmaster, and of course Craigslist. Another worthwhile app while search for a hard to find seat is Gametime, free for iPhone and Android users. What sets this app apart from traditional ticket sites is that it lets you search specifically by team so you don't have to wade through hundreds of other postings for other events or sports in your city. Once you find seats to purchase, just a few taps will deliver them to your phone electronically, no printing required. The app doesn't serve all teams and cities just yet, nor will all teams accept digital tickets. Finally enhance your sports experience while you're at the game by connecting with other passionate fans. The Love of Sports is a free app for iPhones that uses your location data to find nearby fans talking about the same teams. And it will even let you sell your tickets.
