Meet Virgin's newest handset: the Kyocera Event
It's Lynn La from CNET.
And today, we're going to take a quick look at the Kyocera event.
Now, the event is an entry-level, 3G Smartphone.
It runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and it has a 3.5 inch IPS touch screen on the back.
There's a 3.2 megapixel camera and it's powered by a 1.5 amp-hour battery.
Now, one of the features that the event has is
this thing called Magni Font which increases the size of your font even more than the standard large size.
So, if you go into display, into your settings, and click on font size right here, and you'll see this as an option right here.
It's Magni Font.
Let me- right here.
You could see that all the words and all of the text is extremely large.
And this is a good phone for, you know, anyone who's looking for their first Smartphone, cheap kind of entry-level handset.
There's no carrier information yet or pricing, but it's expected to come out around mid-February.
Again, this is the Kyocera event and I'm Lynn from CNET.
