[ Background music ] >> Brian Tong: Brian Tong here at CES 2010 with the LG BD590. Now this is a Wi-Fi enabled Blu-ray player but what makes it unique is the fact that it has a 250 gig internal hard drive in the device so it's really combining a Blu-ray player and a media hub so because it's also Wi-Fi enabled you have access to the Netcast services and that allows you to not only stream movies and video content but download videos from Vudu and what not, purchase them and then store them here on this hard drive. You can also use it to rip CDs, get your photos and music from other devices because its DLNA certified. This is a really intriguing product and innovation from LG. There is no pricing available for it right now but it will be coming out sometime in spring of 2010 but there is your first look at the BD590 from LG. ^M00:00:49 [ Music ]
