Lamborghini Huracan RWD Spyder puts 580 horses through the rear wheels
Like great fashion, supercars must evolve to stay current.
And Lamborghini, Lamborghini is a very fashionable company.
And this is its latest edition.
This is the Lamborghini Huracn rear-wheel drive Spyder, a rear-wheel drive version of the Huracn and the top's been taken off.
Has a 580 horsepower V10 mounted in the rear and all that power goes to the ground through the rear wheels.
It loses the Huracan standard all-wheel drive system which does make the car a little bit lighter and a little bit more nimble.
But then they've taken the top off, which then adds a little bit more weight on top of things so this car is actually slower to 60 than the previous Huracan 3.6 seconds to 62, versus 3.4 for the standard Huricon.
But really, with a car like this, I don't think you're gonna notice the lack of acceleration.
To differentiate this Huricon from the others' Huricons out there, it's got a different, more aggressive front end, and rear end as well.
And this car is also showing Lamborghini's new Forge Composite interior option This gives a nice dry, carbon look to the interior, and you can spec it on the shift panels and the door, pretty much anything else you want.
This is afterall a Lamborghini, and they're all about the customization.
No word on pricing yet for the Lamborghini Huracn rear wheel drive Spyder, and they will be available in the not too distant future.
So if you want one, better head to your Lamborghini dealer and tell them you want the one with rear wheel drive, and without the roof.
