Kickstarter projects we want right nowIn this Tech Minute, CNET's Sharon Profis finds three gadgets on the crowdfunding site that are a new take on old tech.
[MUSIC] PUGZ are the headphones we've always wanted. They're small, wireless, and even water-resistant. There is also a built in microphone and a battery that lasts four and a half hours. Decent, but not spectacular. The real draw is that the headphones can be charged using your phone. Tech is now making its way into your shower. Nebia is a futuristic shower head that works by atomizing water into millions of small droplets. A technology that could help you cut water usage by 70%. The result is a shower that's softer and lighter than what we're currently used to. When a security camera meets a virtual assistant, you get Angie. The in home security camera uses facial recognition and voice recognition to learn who's who in your family, and who's an intruder. If that sounds a little A little creepy. You can set Angie to turn around and face the wall when it sees you've arrived home. In San Francisco, I'm Sharon Profis, CNET.com for CBS News. [SOUND]
