The interface is lovely and easy to use.
Set your goals and identify the steps.
The Apple sends you regular reminders to keep going, it even record photos from your journey.
Within the app you can follow other users to
cheer them on toward their goals and they can do the same for you.
If you're motivated by money, then check out the website 21habit.com.
So named because supposedly, it takes 21 days for something to become a habit.
Just a short term goal and pay 21 bucks.
For every day that you stick with your program you get $1 back.
Each day you fail, $1 will be donated to charity.
For the visually inclined, download the free Don't Break the Chain or the $3 daily goals.
Both that you create goals and then track them on a calendar.
