iPhone 8 reviews have landed, a T-Mobile and Sprint merger?
This is CNet and here are the stories that matter right now.
Reviews of the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus are in and the consensus seems positive, but not overly enthusiastic.
It's no secret the 8 and 8 Plus might have been better called the 7S, but critics are happy with the phones improved camera quality and the wireless charging feature even if it's been slow.
Overall though most agree that it might not be worth operating from the current model 7
The nation's third and fourth largest wireless carriers are now in talks of a merger.
For years, Sprint and T-Mobile have flirted with joining forces, and then separately made progress that has shaken up the industry.
If the deal does go through, Deutsche Telekom would wind up as the majority shareholder but T-Mobile's current management team would run the company.
And finally, it sounds like Google will also be debuting a smaller version of its home assistant, likely dubbed the Home Mini.
The smaller speaker will come in three colors and retail for just $49.
Look for the official announcement on October 4th when the company is also expected to announce new pixel-branded smartphones.
