HTC Evo Shift 4GAt CES 2011, Kent German shows us the HTC Evo Shift 4G, Sprint's third 4G smartphone.
Hi, I'm Ken Sherman, senior editor at CNET.com. I'm here at CES 2011 in Las Vegas and I wanna show you the HTC EVO Shift 4G. This phone has a lot like the original EVO, little different though in some ways, of course this is made by HTC, but this actually has a full keyboard that tip on its side and you have a nice physical keyboard. So, the original EVO remember had a virtual keyboard, so if you prefer this physical keys, you can check out his phone. On the main display, there's running android 2.2 so that's Froyo. You can point to multiple home screens. You can program at all switches and shortcuts and folders and everything you are used to. The phone actually does have a virtual keyboard as well. So, if you want to, you can use that. Not really sure why you want to considering you got that physical keyboard, but it's always there. It does have a 5 megapixel camera, assisted GPS. It's gonna have a media player, all the basic work and the play functions that you can expect on this pone. The HTC EVO Shift 4G is available for Sprint and of course it is compatible with Sprint WiMAX 4G network. I'm Ken Sherman in CES 2011 and this is the HTC EVO Shift 4G.
