Waterlogue, a beautiful iOS app that can turn you into a modern day Monet. After downloading the $2.99 app, choose either to import a photo from your camera roll or snap a new one. In a matter of seconds the app will transform your photo into a water color painting. From there you can choose from a dozen style options from bold to luminous to illustration. Send your finished back to your camera roll, or push out directly to social media. In my experience, Water Love works best with landscapes and objects, but is well worth the three bucks. If you're looking for more control over the finished product, try the $3 Artist Touch or $0.99 Auto Painter, both for iPhones. Manually control brush strokes and styles to truly create original art. Android users will enjoy the free app, oil paint, choose or take a photo and then watch the app do it's magic. Turn your photo into a stylized oil painting.
