How to block someone from contacting you on iOS 7
We've all been there.
It's 3 in the morning.
You're sound asleep when all of a sudden your phone rings.
You're jolted awake only to find out that your ex and she or he won't stop calling you.
Well, it doesn't have to be this way.
Whether someone has your iMessage or Facetime information or if you're on the receiving end of constant spam phone calls, Apple's got your back.
In iOS 7, Apple created a seamless way to block a person from contacting you.
Here's how to do it.
Go to Settings, click on Phone followed by Blocked and select the Add New option.
From here you can stop a person from contacting you almost across the entire digital spectrum.
But say the person isn't one of your contacts, there's no need to worry.
They can still be blocked.
Simply click on the information icon in your call log or messaging app, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Block option.
The best part is when a blocked person tries to contact you, you don't see a miscall or see a notification whatsoever.
Now go live your life
And don't worry, you're better off without them.
