-It's Wednesday, March 30th. I'm Natali Morris and it's time to get loaded. Verizon now has a 4G portable Wi-Fi hotspot. The Samsung 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot will give you Wi-Fi at up to 12 megabytes per second over Verizon's 4G network. It is backwards compatible with 3G if you don't live in a 4G market. It costs $100 with a 2-year contract. I have clarification from yesterday's report about Amazon Cloud Drive. I said that it was a digital locker for music only, but you can also add photos and videos to your locker as well. These files can be accessed anywhere that you're on a computer with a browser. Google is going to change the way it advertises to Gmail users. The company announced plans to serve out fewer but more relevant and useful ads using Priority Inbox. Priority Inbox is the way you rank your most important e-mails so Google will use these e-mails to determine relevant ads instead of advertised to you based on your spam or your mass e-mail. The state of New York will investigate the proposed AT&T T-mobile merger. We knew that wouldn't be so simple. The deal will be investigated for anti-competitive effects including possible increase in cost to New Yorkers. New York is the first state to commit to investigating this. There will surely be others. The Nintendo 3DS had a great week. The portable 3D gaming device from Nintendo launched on Sunday and gave the company its biggest one-day sales from any portable gaming system including the Game Boy and the original DS. It isn't all roses though. Some users are experiencing black screens of death and crashes that force them to restart the device in order to get it working again. We can't tell how widespread this problem is just yet. Hotmail added Active View for Netflix and LinkedIn. This means you can watch your CD sites live inside of your inbox instead of opening a new page. You have to have a Netflix queue of course, but if you do, you'll be able to view and manage the queue inside of your Hotmail. You can also perform basic LinkedIn functions like approved contact requests. NASA has pulled the 3D camera project that was part of filmmaker James Cameron's movie project. The camera was set to go up on the Mars rover called Curiosity but NASA nixed the idea because they did not have time to prepare for it in time for the launch in November. They're too busy with the actual launch. And the final voting for the 2012 version of the Madden NFL game is up and running. There are 16 candidates to grace the cover of the famous football video game. This is a bittersweet honor for those 16 finalists given the Madden Curse which seems to indicate that whoever is on the cover of that game will have some kind of professional or personal bad luck that season. Cast your vote on ESPN. Voting ends April 3rd. That's your news of the day. I'm Natali Morris for CNET and you've just been loaded.
