Facebook is coming soon to your television.
As if you already didn't have enough Facebook in your life, now Facebook is about to launch an app for watching newsfeed videos on your living room's big screen TV.
The app will be available on Apple TV, Amazon fire tv, and Samsung smart tv To start.
The idea is that you can kick back and watch all the videos from people and groups that you follow, but also see videos that Facebook may recommend to you.
This news isn't so surprising, Facebook is on a mission to make more money from video commercials, and become an entertainment destination, and to do that, Facebook is even developing its own original shows That means Facebook's biggest rivals are YouTube and Netflix, but the big challenge is to get you to once that come home from work, turn on the TV and bench watch Facebook.
In the meantime the social network has another plan to get you more engaged with video and you're not gonna like it.
If you have the volume up on your cellphone, all those auto-playing videos that you Scroll past in your feed, will now have the sound on and playing automatically for everyone nearby to hear.
