Don't buy these things on Black FridayThere are a lot of tempting holiday deals, especially on pricey electronics, but there are some devices and gadgets you shouldn't buy on Black Friday. In this Tech Minute, CNET's Sharon Profis explains when waiting is worth it.
[MUSIC] Bluetooth speakers can often be found on sale or cheap throughout the year. The one exception is for high-end speakers like the Ultimate Ears Boom. Pricier speakers leave more room for discounts. No-brand tablets are a no-no. Off-label tablets will make the rounds on Black Friday, but don't buy into the hype. Tablet prices have fallen in the past year, so you can almost always find great deals. For example, Amazon's Fire tablet is just $50. There will be plenty of laptops on sale, but consider waiting if you're in the market for a high end model. You'll see the best prices during summer's back to school School sales and finally don't buy anything super new.
