Belkin RockStarFrom CES 2008, Tom Merritt takes a first look at the Belkin RockStar, a device that plugs into your music player and can send your tunes to five inputs or outputs.
[ Music ] ^M00:00:03 >> Hi, I'm Tom Merritt, editor from CNET.com getting down low at CES 2008. Take a look at the Belkin RockStar. This is a fun little device. It's actually an input that goes from your music player, iPod for this case, and splits it off into one, two, three, four, five other outputs or inputs, right? So, first of all, if you wanna share some music, don't swap the headphones, that's ear grease, that's disgusting, this will solve that problem. A bunch of people can listen to music at the same time. But, kind of a cool thing that they did is, it also takes music in. So, if two of you hook up your music players to the RockStar, you can battle it out, create some fresh mixes, things like that. It's a cool little device. Although, it retail for about $19.99 and they said it will be available in March. Once again, the Belkin RockStar. At CES 2008, I'm Tom Merritt. ^M00:00:55 [ Music ]
