Apps for following your pregnancy
There are hundreds of pregnancy apps out there, but I recommend starting with WebMD Pregnancy.
This free app for iPhones requires you to log in with your due dates.
You'll receive the most relevant information for how your pregnancy is progressing.
In addition to weekly updates on your baby's growth, there's a journal tool, list of questions to ask your doctor, and even a contraction timer for when it's go time.
Another popular pregnancy app is called BabyBump.
Based on your due date, this app will provide daily tips on everything from your
diet and fitness routines to car seat safety to planning a babymoon getaway.
It also features chat rooms and discussion boards where moms-to-be can turn to each other for advice.
The BabyBump is a free download for both iPhone and Android users.
Finally, My Pregnancy Today, free from BabyCenter, works on both types of phones and is beloved for its weekly information, pregnancy and birth videos, and to-do list for expectant moms.
Good luck with your nine months.
