Yes he prides himself on never getting calls that -- school analysts' interest in a correct me if I'm wrong so far FaceBook has avoided.
The really big -- is the ones you know in the news last week we had Twitter.
In the past few days gone down for periods of time same for Salesforce.com.
You know they won't talk much.
Obviously about why things happened that go wrong but haven't had any real problems of a couple of years -- in a minor things.
But he what you get stressed means that -- are incredibly diligent in following up and they -- -- weekly meeting.
In which they go over any problem that happened -- -- -- hiccup even ones that probably go unnoticed idea.

But he you know they'll go over everything and they assign tasks and tickets to it and make sure it's followed up and fixed until it never happens again.
And they also they look at it on every little piece of technology so it's not it's like -- -- -- and that's huge but it might be one little part.
Of their whole stack of technology that has an issue that the public and oversees the users -- they know happened so they'll work to fix that.
To make sure that doesn't -- -- all these things at it together and keeps.
-- for a site with 900 million users it's pretty credible -- site with 900 million users that's -- so public so.
There are doing the job.
Yes the public factor matters a lot but they keep company -- don't have any down -- great stuff thanks very much.
