TiVo to reiterate guidance

Digital video recorder company TiVo said Monday it plans to affirm guidance for its second quarter and its fiscal year in a conference call Tuesday. The Alviso, Calif.-based company will also provide guidance for its next fiscal year. During its first quarter earnings call May 24, the company reiterated previous guidance for its second quarter as well as for its fiscal year. The company expected second quarter revenue of $3.5 million to $4 million with 30,000 to 35,000 new subscribers. For the current fiscal year, the company expects 180,000 to 220,000 new subscribers, which will bring it to a total of 350,000. Revenue for the fiscal year is expected to come in between $20 million to $24 million.
