Wearable Tech

There's something fishy about this 'Apple Watch'...

If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then Westin Technology really, really loves Apple.

A love letter to Jony Ive and his crew?

Like most tech shows, Computex in Taiwan isn't just the big brands with big booths. There's a lot of smaller companies showing off products that can veer into the world of slightly weird.

This smart watch from Westin Technology (not to be confused with the Westin Hotel chain) was turning a few heads at one of the show halls with its similarity to another well known wearable, the Apple Watch.

Of course, with its 240 by 240 pixel resolution screen and MediaTek processor, the similarity is skin deep. But hey, the snappily named MWS150 has a 0.3 megapixel camera and can take a SIM card. Can your precious Apple Watch match that?
